During the strategic phase, we delved deeply into wellness and medical insights from Fiuggi’s team of experts to clarify the core pillars and messaging hierarchy. Centred around Fiuggi’s famous healing waters and the Palazzo’s heritage, “The Fountain of Life” emerged as the brand’s defining theme and tagline. To communicate the longevity-focused treatments, we developed the line “For a longer life, better lived,” conveying the promise of enhanced well-being. We then organised treatments into specific pillars—Purify, Nourish, Energy, Connect, Longevity, Detox & Weight, Restore & Balance, Medical & Diagnostic—to create a structured foundation for all future creative assets.
