Palazzo Fiuggi is a cutting-edge wellness medical retreat, tucked away in the picturesque mountains near Rome, in the historic spa town of Fiuggi. Blending holistic practices with the pillars of traditional Western medicine, Palazzo Fiuggi’s expert team creates therapies designed to enhance well-being, health, and longevity.

Launching a wellness brand in a post COVID world.

When we first started on this project, wellness travel was all about sustainability, environmental awareness, and disconnecting from the chaos of life to reconnect with yourself. Fast forward two years, and we found ourselves in a post-COVID world where immunity had become central to wellness. Our launch of Palazzo Fiuggi embraced this shift, offering an escape into nature where guests can relax, recharge, and strengthen both body and mind.

The Fountain of life

Water was always going to be at the heart of Palazzo Fiuggi’s message. The spa town is famous for its healing waters, which play a key role in detoxification and are central to the Turkish Hammam rituals. Our tagline, “The Fountain of Life,” captures this essence, linking the retreat’s offerings to Fiuggi’s legendary waters and their healing properties.

Balancing science, nature, and luxury Italian hospitality.

Palazzo Fiuggi is more than just a spa; it’s a wellness retreat with serious medical credentials. That’s why we ensured the messaging reflected the science behind their approach. The Fiuggi Method—based on the principles of detoxification, nourishment, energising, and connection—was developed by leading medical and holistic experts, combining Traditional European Medicine with Eastern healing wisdom. Their goal? To help guests achieve a longer, more vibrant life: ‘For a longer life, better lived.’

Rooted in nature, backed by science, and embodied in luxury

In a sector known for its clean aesthetics and emotionally aspirational messaging, we wanted Palazzo Fiuggi to stand out. Alongside the key messaging, we emphasised secondary points: the personalised programs tailored for each guest, the retreat’s stunning natural surroundings, and its deep roots in luxury Italian hospitality. This blend of personalised care, natural beauty, and scientific rigour set the tone for a brand that redefines wellness.

The final documentation provided a clear brand vision and a messaging hierarchy, carefully balancing science, nature, and luxury throughout the process.
